Well it's almost been a month since the now 'elusive' Xbox 360 was released to the public. I pre-ordered for one back in July in hopes of getting one by launch day. As the months rolled on and towards the anticipted Nov 22nd lanch day I heard news that there was a 'shortage' and that the store I pre-ordered from was getting only 20 systems in. So what? Is the 360 a brand new idea that they just started to roll out? Wasn't this the very same machine that MTV hyped with a crappy 30 minute tv special during this past summer?
I seriously think that Microsoft has created a false demand for the 360. How else can you explain it? If that's the case, it's brilliant on their part. But at the same time it's really irking the consumers (me) that I can't get to play this new system I plunked money down months in advance. So come on Microsoft start getting those systems out to meet the demand even though it might be a manufactured one.
